Key Provincial Updates and Resources for Health Professionals
Today, the provincial government continued to urge the public to adhere to public health guidances, including wearing face coverings in public when social distancing may not be possible.
The Ontario Government has developed an online workplace PPE supplier
directory, which can be found here.
An updated version of the Labour, Delivery and Newborn guidance is available here. The update includes an
alternative testing collection method for newborns and the corrected interval for temperature checks of women during labour.
Key Federal Updates Today, Prime Minister Justin Trudeauannounced that application documents and updated criteria for Canada Emergency Commercial Rent Assistance (CECRA) for small businesses are now available, and that the program will be opened for applications beginning on May 25.

As of 10:30AM today, Ontario reported 23,774 confirmed cases (increase of 390), 18,190 resolved cases, 1,962 deaths and 4,444 currently under investigation with lab results pending.
The Ministry is also reporting that 991 patients are hospitalized with
