The Ministry of Health's Command Table, the group leading the pandemic response, has issued the following summary of key actions taken following a meeting yesterday.
Key Federal Updates At his daily press conference this morning, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Canada yesterday received one million masks in Hamilton, bringing to 11 million the number of masks received in the last few days. The government continues to work with the provinces on the distribution of that equipment.
As of 10:30AM today, Ontario reported 2,793 confirmed cases, 831 resolved cases, 53 deaths and 2,052 currently under investigation with lab results pending.
The Ministry is now also reporting that 405patients are hospitalized with COVID-19, 167 are in ICU and 112 are vented. To view these additional details: click here
