Key Federal Updates The Federal government continues to explore options for Canada's choice of vaccine, including exploring the possibility of manufacturing a potential pandemic cure in Canada.
Canada's Chief Public Health Officer Dr. Theresa Tam continues to urge young people to resist giving in to pandemic fatique. There is a worrying upward trend in infection among people aged 20 to 39, she said, adding that this age group represents the highest rates of COVID-19 cases in the past two weeks (60% of cases and one-third had to be hospitalized).
